"Exmouth has very limited accommodation so I booked a studio at the park. The studio was fairly new and had modern finishes including air con in the living room and bedroom. The studio was clean and well presented with everything you needed including cooking facilities. You can use the park’s other facilities including laundry, bbq, kitchen and 2 pools. Given you are in such close proximity to other residents, there is a fair bit of noise from nearby people and they are up VERY early in the park...

"Absolutely loved this place from the welcome arrival and being shown the facilities by Darren. Once out of your room, the shared faclities are second to none with everything you could need from fridges to store provisions rather than use room fridge, to the laundrette, games room, lounge and especially the courtyard with tables and chairs to relax and eat food straight off the bbqs by the pool entrance. We ended up chilling out and sitting here till 10pm, it was so relaxing. Plenty to see...
