Great location within walking distance to town. Clean spacious apartment for 4 adults. The pool area was great to cool down in on a hot day. Will stay again on our next trip to Exmouth.

Cant really comment on service as we arrived after the desk was closed. The door wouldnt open the second night may be the heat but the staff, although it took them a while to get it open were really apologetic and treated us to dinner while we waited. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Could use a bit of updating with the corner desk being bigger so one can use more efficiently

Very noisy air conditioning in bedrooms made for a hot and uncomfortable night. Rooms a little dated. Was ok for what we paid. Would choose somewhere else next time if we had the choice.

The property was pretty good inside but we couldn't get the hot plates to work. It was ok. Did have a pool. I thought it was very expensive . I did want to change the dates of our stay slightly so we could do Exmouth first and then Coral Bay.Wasnt able to do this which was very annoying. Won't book there again

Great space for our family, easy and quick check in (and great advice from friendly staff on front desk). Only thing I could fault was lack of internet. Otherwise a great place. I would stay there again

We stayed at the Osprey accommodation which was a self contained apartment and suited our family needs. Close to town and good facilities. Staff were great with all requests including the wifi which wasn’t working while we were there but they gave us alternatives.

No wifi in the rooms is a pretty big issue for travelers without international cell service. Sheets were scratchy. Room wasn’t well air or sound sealed and the Sunday night music was loud way too late.

Good resort on a budget! The room was big, and the parking convenient. Nice pool, water was quite warm. On site restaurant was quite good. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to several off site restaurants as well as coffee places

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious 2 bedroom units but the kitchenette can use a little upgrade. Love the washer and dryer in the bathroom and the individual ACs in each room.

Overall, cannot complain about the property itself although it is a little dated and the shower almost flooded the bathroom (the shower head needs changing). It was disappointing to be advised the WiFi didn’t reach the property which was a main reason for choosing The Potshot as I had to work on Friday and ended up having to use my mobile phone data all day, so there is a bit of false advertising on that point. The staff were very friendly and helpful though which was great.
