Friendly helpful front desk, well lit pkg lot, bright lobby & gathering/brkfst area; hot bevs all day! Competitive price! Lg bright room. Poor bathrm layout, but lg shower and ample counter. Black growth on some caulked areas of shower. Incredible proximity to restaurants, grocery store stores and every imaginable retail option. We were on hwy side of bldg so could hear some early AM commuter traffic. Will definitely stay here again and will request rm on another side.

This was a fantastic hotel, what it said in the booking was what you got. The buffet was wonderful for breakfast. Anyone could find something to eat. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We should’ve come back the next night, but we stayed somewhere else, where it was terrible, lesson learned, we will be back.

First and important, is that the staff were friendly and helpful, so I am writing this in the hopes that the upper management/ownership will understand where they need to make improvements. Second, all I really ask for in a hotel when I travel for work is that it's clean, has parking and good WiFi. This one missed two of three. The first room I was assigned had a very strong odor of ammonia, so I was given another room that did not. However, I did have to remove a pest (you can imagine, and it was not a spider.) The WiFi was spotty and would not hold. Again, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and I cannot fault them for the above mentioned flaws. I know I will never stay here again. I sincerely hope the owners will take this critique and make changes!

Edited to meet posting guidelines: Close to shopping. Run down: hot water not available to rooms on the backside of the hotel. No plumbers on site. Ongoing issue. Safe in room locked. Locksmith not available onsite to open for new guests to use. Elevators breakdown miduse. Maintenance not available on site to remedy. Housekeeping available upon request only. Staff manually input room numbers. Cleaning missed as wrong room # written down. Breakfast is questionable. Eggs are made from powder. Decent coffee though. Most staff seemed to lack knowledge or the ability to resolve guest issues. One specifically was rude and argumentative at each interaction. Asked for toilet paper. Questioned my family as we asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper. He (S) should not be in the hospitality business. Manager, needs to remedy maintenence issues and hire staff who know how to be professional.

I stayed in this hotel in July 2025 and I thought it was nice enough. My stay exactly a year later was the opposite. I thought the room was dirty, and overall a lot of unmaintained wear and tear in just a year's time. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned prior to my check in, but after a seven hour drive to get there I was too tired to complain. I think it is due to staffing shortages honestly. And the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Hotel cleanliness was excellent, room cleanliness excellent, size of room. Excellent, comfort of the bed was excellent, iron works perfectly, lighting in bathroom excellent, shower and water pressure pressure pressure excellent. A wonderful experience with very pleasant staff, I recommend staying at this hotel every chance you get.!
