"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. My only drawback was the stairs to bedrooms, but I am disabled, so because I forgot to mention this when booking, (with Expedia), I had to climb all 26 steps! "Lovely friendly staff. Able to check in early which was great. The pub the accommodation is connected to is wonderful - excellent food and great surroundings. The room could have done with a more thorough clean - the were dust bunnies under the bed. The bathroom needs an update. But it was clean enough. Comfortable beds. Be aware that the ‘window’ in the bedroom is the top half of the stable door, so we could not leave it open for air at night, however there was a small window above that could be left open, and another small window in the bathroom. Just glad we didn’t stay in the height of the heatwave. There was a fan in the room and it had been left running which was thoughtful. The breakfast room was well stocked and it was great to be able to help ourselves in the morning to what we wanted. I would definitely book the accommodation again without hesitation."
