"The hotel were very accommodating and very helpful . The staff was great and easy to work with even though i didn't speak the chinese language. "

"The clean room and pleasant environment were so good. However, it is quite sad that the staff at the front desk is too little knowledge and the English level to deal with foreigners is not able to communicate. I also doubt what kind of training they have been given to explain to customers. Anyway, I need a lot of training from the staff at the front desk, but all the facilities and management and safety of the hotel were so good. Thank you."
