"Excellent stay the staff were amazing inside and out of water parks.. just wish their were more handicapped accessible to the inside for those who are unable to walk the stairs … otherwise great stay "

"I loved everything about this hotel.
However, my room seemed to be located near the building’s air conditioning system, and it was extremely noisy at night. I’m not a sensitive sleeper at all, but the noise was loud enough to keep me awake.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

"The Colcord hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is classic luxury. Our stay, room and bed were comfortable. The curtains/shades were a bit squeaky when opening and closing but only had to do that twice so not a big deal. We loved the late night and early morning walks around the Myriad garden, so beautiful and peaceful. "
