They’re helpful and have great recommendations for everything you could want to do on the island. First off, the hotel was beautiful and a piece of art in itself. The room was spotless! They provided towels for the shower and darker towels for the thermal pools. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to every day. "The view was absolutely incredible. The staff — especially the man at the front desk — was extremely attentive, professional, and cheerful. The hotel itself was just amazing. The view from the room at the back was breathtaking. What I liked less was that the mattress was, for me, way too firm — or maybe just old and worn out."
