Room was excellent. They offered a service (not the hotel) for food. Horrible...not what we ordered and bery expensive. $60 for two small salads. AGAIN, HOTEL WAS GREAT.

We were checked in to a room that was already occupied, then checked into a room with a king bed when I booked 2 queens. Upgraded for our “inconveniences” and the room has no heat. Maintenance didn’t speak English and could not understand that I was asking for heat. It will be 50 degrees tonight and I’m in a panoramic room with floor to ceiling windows, with 2 small children and no heat.
