"There were a lot of great things about this property and a few things I would like to see changed if I came back again. Pros: View: all the rooms have an ocean view and the balcony views were amazing! Grill: there is an amazing grilling station on the patio /pool area that was great! 4 grills, so there was always space to cook dinner. Just know you can ask the front desk for bbq accessories, they just weren’t in the room. Pool:/beach: great! Lots of Loungers and you can ask front desk for chair and umbrella for beach if you would like. Kitchenette: was nice to have full fridge/freezer, sink , microwave and stove. Loved it. Staff: was very friendly. Helpful and always ready to help when needed. Parking: Was free and abundant. Cons: Rooms: •The floors were SO dirty when we checked in. We had dirt and sand caked on our feet as we walked through. Everything else was clean, however. •Was weird to have a living room with no coffee table. This was would have been nice to have. •Our room smelled SO bad. Very strong of musty smell combined with paint? Not sure ... But it was very off putting. We stopped into someone else’s room and it didn’t smell bad, so not sure what was going on with ours. Hottub: was cold. Same temp as pool. Not sure if it was just not working , or if it every gets warm. Got calls everyday to go to a timeshare meeting. Just be aware. "

"The breakfast was only muffins & coffee. The kitchen utensils were not to my liking. Everything stick to the pans the silverware was dirty. The toilet stopped working but they fixed it but left water on"

"Great staff. Didn’t manage to jump in the pool but had drinks at the pool bar and lovely atmosphere. Concert was great. Staff so friendly. Hotel smells amazing "

"The rooms was full of roaches and the air was broken in the room we transfered to and roaches was in that room it was hard to sleep, relax or enjoy our stay there. Icemaker or vebding machine didn't work on our floor either. It was very disappointing after paying to stay there.i will never stay at another bestcwestern there was nothing best about it."

"There were enough pots, pans, and dishes No cookie sheets, casserole dishes, knives cutting board. The wine and can opener did not work properly. No paper towels in the kitchen "

"The room was clean, beautiful oceanfront view, the pool was awesome, the all you can eat complimentary hot breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful as i like to listen to music on low overnight and Ward and Terry had a clock radio sent to my room in a timely fashion. My second week long stay in 6 months was again extremely enjoyable!"

"The breakfast was not a hot breakfast. Egg sandwich you can microwave. Cereal, muffin, yogurt and coffee/juice My husband was happy enough. "
