"The room was outdated; lighting was poor, thermostat was unreliable(too hot or too cold), paid parking (really). Staff amenities were great."

"The location was fantastic; you can walk to pretty much anything if you want to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The first room we received was in poor condition and had several issues (plugs didn't work, fridge went out, bedside table missing, blind broken). We notified the front desk the next day and we were moved to what appeared to be a much nicer (updated) room. Once we moved rooms, we didn't really have any other issues, except that they sink in the new room wouldn't drain. It wasn't a huge issue for us, though, because we were staying a very short time, so we didn't report it. The hotel is older, so I didn't expect it to be pristine, and overall, for the price and location, it was a great place for a short beach getaway."

"14$ for your breakfast. Which is included in many hotels. You have to pay for parking. No coffee pot or free coffee. Coffee is 4$ a cup. No safe! Won’t stay again!"
