"We were here for one night & found the room adequate. Clean with nice sized bathroom. Equipped with a refrigerator & microwave in room. However no coffee maker or hot cups or tea + coffee ingredients. We checked in suite late ( around 10.00pm) & a cup of tea would have been very welcome What I didn’t like was that the room was outside the main hotel with cars parked in front of the room. It was quiet… just the idea of being outside & being a cold night didn’t want to get out of the room for tea/ coffee The breakfast next morning was great with excellent choices (hot) Will stay here again as a good value for money"

"The staff were never at the front desk and you had to dial "0" for someone to answer the front desk phone and then they would eventually show up but did not appear overly excited to have to do so. We asked if we could change the channel on the TV in the lobby and were told no. Asked if we could all gather at the outdoor table/chair area in the back by the pool on an amazing sunny day (as the door was locked) and were told no. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled so badly of pot the entire time, it was disgusting. Breakfast was minimal, with zero fresh fruit. After waiting for the eggs to be replaced on the buffet, they came out and were ice cold. We do not recommend this facility and will not return. "

"For a King room, the bathroom was extremely small. One could barely stand and turn around. The staff were wonderful."

"The room was marginal. The toilet would not flush except by removing the top to pull the chain. The thermostat didn’t work, I was not given a voucher for breakfast which I had paid for, and to get my deposit of $100 back, I had to call the issuing bank. The hotel charged my credit card for the deposit despite it being just a deposit, and my room was paid through Hotels.com which the hotel didn’t seem to consider. Given the room problems and cheating me out of breakfast AND my deposit, I’ll never stay in this hotel again."

"Nice hotel but not clear why there is a $10 fee for parking when there isn't a need for anyone else to park there when it's right off the highway. I believe there was also a $6 fee for bottled water. "

"Pretty good value for the area. My only complaint was the breakfast, it was not very good. The cereal and make your own waffles were good but the bacon and omelets were not very good. Just like most hotel chains they have really cut back on the quality of their breakfast offerings."
