"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Sink was clogged, ice machine was broken, and they're clearly under construction. We got charged 75 dollars more than what I was quoted in my reservation and lady at the front desk was very rude to us when we went to grab a complimentary apple from the snack cart."
"We liked the Breakfast/Coffee Shop and it was popular with the crowd. Limited, but equitable, Happy Hour menu at the Bar, includes a Burger and/or Beer/Drink option(s). Gym had high end equipment, the Pool, Sauna/Steam and Hot Tub were all really well maintained and equipped. The Museum was a great experience with some really cool pieces. Add a Billiard and shuffleboard table and Amenities get an A++. The rooms were spacious, water pressure was above average compared to most Hotels, "

"For one I told them the first night I stayed there I wasn’t happy via text when they text me I didn’t hear anything tell check out time the shower stunk the beds uncomfortable didn’t get a good nights sleep. Driving up to the place I was instantly regretting my decision to stay there. The place was a dump you couldn’t tell the front from the back the parking lot looked really bad! Shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot, I felt uncomfortable leaving while the suns down. Hotels.com only showed the glamour pictures of the hotel. Wasn’t worth the money I paid. Do yourself a favor and stay at a motel 6. They didn’t wanna do a thing to compensate me or make it right not a thing!!!!"
"Great for a stay before an early flight. Shuttle was right on time and convenient. I wish they had a grab and go breakfast selection for early morning flights before their regular breakfast hours.
Staff was friendly and courteous."
"The hotel (Forest Park Hotel) is owned and operated by a very rude young lady. The first room we stayed in (114) has no working air conditioning. They moved us to another room (208) which had bed bugs. The overnight front desk attendant with the hat was always on bs. I recommend saving your money and finding another suitable hotel. "
