"We wanted a place between Keystone and Breckenridge for our last ski trip of the season. This is our second time staying here, and the location is perfect to access both slopes if you have a car (they have a shuttle to Breckenridge). Our young children stayed entertained in the splash pad, comfortably heated pool, water slide, and hot tubs after skiing (with an amazing view of the mountains) and the room was comfortable for everything we needed to make breakfast, cook dinner, and enjoy family card games. The washer and dryer in the room made packing easier especially with little kids. We can’t wait to stay here again!"

"The location is great, it’s walking distance to the gondolas and downtown. However, the room was very noisy at night due to street noise and the bed was pretty uncomfortable with a spring mattress that kept squeaking all night. "

"The cleaning was poor; furthermore, the room lacked soap and fresh bedsheets. The housekeeper would enter the room and make the beds, but she did not change the sheets—she only replaced the bath mat on the floor. She failed to provide us with soap (which we were out of), and the room was not vacuumed—not even the floors or the carpets."

"Overall it is a modern hotel w nice aesthetics. It is not walking distance to Main Street but there are not many choices to stay in Breckenridge when looking at nicer options... Id say the hotel has the basic amentities (small gym) 2 restaurants which lobby restaurant is basic bar food and noone finished their food, the service was not helpful as bartenders said come down and order your food were too busy to deliver room service, then I requested late checkout by 1-hour to have breakfast as I was traveling w a child and 2 dogs and they denied me, then waited for 30 minutes for valet to bring car when there was no line... It is run by young kids that focus more on socializing amongst themselves then tending to the guests unfortunately... "

"I had an amazing one night stay here. Beautiful view of the mountains, very nice room (I even got a free upgrade), and the staff were all welcoming and easygoing. This place just gets it and has a great mountain vibe. Highly recommend!"

"It's cheap, but some rooms are in major need of TLC. My room had a broken toilet handle, nails sticking out of the carpet, trash in the corner, a broken lamp, and a shower rod that barely staid up. I did poke my head into new rooms which were much nicer. Hot tub is nice and friendly staff @ front desk."

"Location was superb for skiing. Overall very happy because that is what we came for. Free shuttle for guests was great. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Suite was clean but tired. Looked old. Shower drain was sluggish. Water pressure was very low. Shades in master bedroom were broken and could not be lowered to block out the light. Maintenance was very responsive but not much they could do. The in-house grocery / Starbucks was terrible. Extremely expensive and terrible food. No prices on anything except the beer, which was $8 a can. I would recommend this as a great location for ski-in, ski-out accommodations but it is not a four star hotel."
