"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is a bit old but still nicely kept up. Plenty of parking and near restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was ok being the usual hotel eggs, sausage, and potatoes, waffles, oatmeal muffins, yogurt, coffee, juices and cereal. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were in the area for a wedding, Wednesday til Monday. This motel was convenient to family in Fairport and the wedding festivities in downtown Rochester. The decor is definitely dated, but the room was very clean and very well maintained. And very quiet. No slamming of doors like what happens in a hotel. There was a microwave and fridge in our room, with two queen beds. There were two small bars of soap and one small conditioning shampoo, so if you need more toiletries than that, bring them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left behind 4 shirts in a drawer, called them from the airport to let them know. They sent them to me in Florida, charged my credit card for the postage, and I was very much okay with that. It's not a fancy hotel, but a very welcoming "park outside your door" motel. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We have stayed here several times. The hotel is always clean and inviting. We checked in later in evening. Check process was quick ans easy. As a hotel member we received warm chocolate chip cookies. I wish there was a Gluten-free one. Our room was on the fourth floor. Both elevators were working. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet took a long time to flush. You really have to hold the handle down good. Our sink was very slow to drain. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was nice."
