"We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. This should be an emergency booking only. "

"Charming French Quarter hotel. Great breakfast options. Relaxing courtyard with pool. Quiet, across from Louis Armstrong park. Pick up location for bayou tours. Walkable to all sites in the FQ. Enjoyed our stay. "

"The layout was nice but I usually don’t prefer an outside entry to any hotel room, it didn’t look to be an outside entry online. Check in was for 3pm my room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30pm. "

"I’m currently dealing with BEDBUGS BITS ALL OVER MY BODY‼️ I couldn’t call the front desk DUE to the room phone is For DECORATE.. although when I did check out at the front desk, I did show /explain to the receptionist about this matter;She did apologize to me and she also went as far as to say, yeah, unfortunately we’re dealing with those problem and I think they are coming from the foreign people when they come to stay here! I went by my doctors office she prescribe me some cream just for bedbugs with antibiotics in it and my doctor did advise me not to Carry what I had at the time from the motel into my home because of the spreading that it would cause "
