"Check in was easy and the extra sheets for the sofa bed were brought right up to our room. We had an issue with noise in the middle of night and it was dealt with efficiently. Breakfast had a good amount of choices and Shay could not have been nicer or more accomodating. It was a pleasure to see her each morning and she made sure every guest was taken care of. Would definitley recommend to others in the area."

"The property was being renovated so our room you could tell was a reflection of what it will be when they finish and I have to say Loved it however there was no microwave in the rooms so we had to use what I call the community microwave and when I did have to use it I noticed the staff don’t stay on top of keep it clean. The refrigerator did not keep our items cold and there was no ice machine and only one vending machine. The WiFi kept cutting out other then that it was work what I paid while staying in Florida "

"The property ALLOWS pets, we were charged a $75 fee that is not disclosed. There is no area for dogs outdoors, the only grass is by the busy road. The photos of the property are very misleading. It is very worn and dingy. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly but a few are quite rude. We dealt with one that was so unpleasant it prompted a letter to the corporation. This is not a hotel I would recommend to others. "

"Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There were no rags in the room to shower with. Way overpriced. Room smelled bad too. "
