"I stayed here on short notice, and while the price was the cheapest available, the experience was a mix of good and not‑so‑good. The outside of the property could really use some attention — weeds are overgrown, the paint is faded, and at night it’s hard to see the entrance or where to turn in. Inside, the room was cleaner than some motels I’ve stayed in, but for a hotel I expected a bit more. The window shades and lampshades were noticeably dirty and stained. The mattress had stains as well, though it did have a clean mattress topper, clean sheets, and clean pillows, which helped. The door locks in my room were loose and didn’t latch securely, and there was an open hole with exposed wires where a smoke detector used to be. There *is* a sprinkler system, but the missing detector was still concerning. The staff were very nice and helpful overall, though there were a few moments of miscommunication. Even so, they did their best to assist whenever needed. On the positive side, the breakfast in the morning was good — pretty much what you’d expect from a Best Western‑style setup. Overall, the stay was okay for a last‑minute budget option, but I’m not sure I’d choose this hotel again unless improvements are made."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila Southcenter! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that a lot of care had gone into the property. The recent remodeling looks amazing and gives the hotel a fresh, modern feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. Everything was in great condition, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The ambiance was another highlight of my stay—it had a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Washington. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, updated, and comfortable place to stay!"

"The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! The bed and sheet were comfortable. I hope the lobby and breakfast areas get renovated, as they are a bit dated looking. The outside of the property was well maintained. That made it easy to forget the hotel is near a very busy road. We loved the location specially because it had multiple bus stations that took us to downtown and back to the airport. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but fueled us for the day."
