"My family stayed at this hotel, we checked in changed my son left a charger and my Apple Watch charging. The door to our room was not working so we let the front desk know and left. When we came back my Apple Watch was missing along with my charger. We told the front desk and they said they would check with the staff and review the cameras. They never contacted us over what happened to my belongings. I’ve called and no answer. Overall very bad service."

"I was not sure what to expect but this was one of my better stays. Conveniently located and newer hotel. The staff were friendly, restaurant had good meals/great drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and included in cost of stay. I did not use the pool but it looked nice, if a bit small. Coffee at coffee shop was good and nice to have when heading out for day. The beds were literally heavenly and so soft. I slept so sound the entire time. Noise was very limited. The exec chair was comfy too! Loved it. My only complaint was parking. One night was booked and we had to park on very top level of a nearby parking garage (apartment complex) and go down many flights of stairs in the dark and cold after a long day. Charging $20 a night for parking and not having adequate parking spaces for guests is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. However, this is a great hotel and would definitely stay again! Love the beds!!"

"Room was clean, Sucks that they've had only one elevator out of 3 working for the past year and no plans to fix that so it's an issue when you go get breakfast or try to check out at the same time as other guests. Pool heater was broken and they said they did not know when that would be fixed. Bar staff in the morning must of been in a bad mood, I asked if they had a straw for my toddler, she replied yes so when I followed her back to the bar and waited then asked again she made a face and threw the straw on the counter. I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option."

"Hotel grounds was filthy and the room as well and multiple incidents with other guests doing drugs in parking lot. Would not recommend this hotel if you have kids. Just avoid not worth it. "

"The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also very quiet and the heating and air conditioning system was excellent and quiet. I love that it had a kitchen with a full-size (and quiet) refrigerator, But the kitchen didn’t have a single pot or pan in it, so there was no way to take advantage of the stove or heat water to make your own tea or coffee. Is there awkward items to travel with, even if you’re going to stay for a few weeks. Paper towels would also have been handy to clean up spills in the kitchen. A box of facial tissues would’ve been nice as well. This items are common things to find in hotel rooms with kitchens and it was odd that they weren’t there. Still, I love that the place is dog friendly and there’s a nice area all around the building to walk your dog. They’re also restaurants for lunch and dinner nearby. There are no breakfast establishments nearby though, so be prepared to make your own breakfast without a pot or pan unless you bring it."
