"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

"We stayed at March Resort for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff, good breakfast, and very relaxing evenings. A great place to unwind and we would definitely stay again."

"The property is beautiful but needs updating. Most importantly, the beds need updating. The bed felt like we were laying on wood. It is so hard and painful to lay on. There was an empty room across the hall with a much softer and more comfortable bed, but the manager would not allow us to switch to that room without paying an additional $120 a night. The hotel has 80 rooms and less than a dozen were occupied. We ended up getting extra pillows to sleep on, but it was uncomfortable. Had the manager been a little more accommodating, we likely would return to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly. However the hotel is empty and has no entertainment or anything to do if it is raining."
