"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes!
The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"We had a lovely stay for 5 days in this little oasis with beautiful gardens full of plants and flowers. It felt very private and tranquil. The staff are very kind and welcoming and the place is very clean and tidy. The property opens out to the beach which is sandy apart from full tide when the sea reaches the steps. "I recently stayed at Quoc Dinh Guesthouse in Hàm Tiến, Phan Thiết, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and effective air conditioning—a lifesaver in the tropical heat. The guesthouse is just a short walk from the beautiful Mũi Né Beach, making it super convenient for sunrise swims or evening strolls along the shore.
One of the highlights was the delicious and affordable Vietnamese breakfast served daily. The owner even provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which were truly unforgettable!
The atmosphere was peaceful, and the guesthouse offered excellent value for money. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, Quoc Dinh Guesthouse is a fantastic choice. I'll be back on my next trip to Phan Thiết!

"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property.
So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."
