"The Strand Inn was a great place to stay in Dunmore East. Sitting right on the beach, the property had a beautiful patio and dining area overlooking the water. The rooms weren’t very big but the bed was super comfortable and if you had a waterfront room than you were able to listen to the waves crash as you slept. We would definitely stay here again. "

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect and the manager Noel is a nice guy and is very helpful with things to do and see in the area. "Outstanding breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ and homemade scones. Full Irish breakfast was lovely. Comfortable lounge with microwave, fridge, and water cooler. Very clean. My only wish was that they would replace their frayed hand towels and noisy bathroom fan. Overall very comfortable with great breakfast . "
