"A very convenient and comfortable base for our six-day exploration of the Périgord Noir region. Free parking. An easy walk into Sarlat old town. Breakfast was generous, sometimes we skipped lunch later. Quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, if that is important to you. Staff are glad to fill ice / water thermos. Our room window looked out on greenery growing on the neighbors' roof. Stepping up into the bathroom took getting used to. Suggest some kind of night light in there. Would stay there again."

A few negatives: Parking is a bit far away, up minor cobblestone inclines and possibly spiral stairs. Kitchen does not have a sink, and only cups and cutlery."
