"Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!"

"Everything was great except advertised airport shuttle which I assumed meant 24 hr. However, it was only from 4:00 until 12:00a. My plane was at 5:00a - had to change car reservation to have ride to airport. Post hours of shuttle online. If I had known - I would have not stayed at this property. "
