"The breakfast was terrible no scrambled eggs ..just hard boiled eggs and waffles..nothing to brag about
Shower and bathroom is outdated ..no water pressure and no accurate water temperature"
"Certain staff were great, I had to stay here during the sale of our house, after a few days we had a fruit fly problem. I was offered a different room but chose to just stay in it due to them only having availability on 2nd floor -but no working elevator. On the plus side, staff was great & they allow dogs."
"Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!"
"Hot tub did not work. The plug was worn so water drained right out. No toilet paper. When asked for bed change as advertise you can receive on request, we was told no. Well yes in morning but was not done, then no when requested a 2nd time. Old beds with a pad put on top. For couples I would not recommend."
"This property was not what I expected for $100 a night. The elevator was out, the AC didn’t work in the room, it would turn on and automatically turn rt off. The room was not very clean. Will never stay here again."
"First off I’d like to say that the location is perfect! We walked to the Lucy museum & the comedy museum. But don’t go to the bar!! The prices are criminal!!! And the rooms don’t have a microwave! There is one down the hall though…. So odd… Jamestown is pretty sketchy at night so don’t wander too far! Lots of homeless people on the streets."
"The room key did not work 2 different times and could not check in for 40 minutes, receivd another room, that was very dirty, and the floors were cleaned with some kind of oil and I fell 3 times just going to the bathroom and back. My husbnad told me to call a lawyer. I might. It was a horrible experience. The internet went off at night, so I couldn't work my online job. The sauna, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all closed indefinitely. there was NO breakfast as promised. The entire ad was a horrible lie and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they would rathr sleep in their car and save the money. I managed roadside motels for 12 years. This was the worst expereince ever."
