"Every single thing. Definitely the most memorable experience in homelyness and hospitality I've been treated to in 3 years of European travel accommodation.
Absolutely enchanting and safe place to stay.

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons.
You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."
"Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Can’t review food as the restaurant was closed but the food at the service station (in the same building) was good and the staff were very helpful and nice. "
"Lovely stay with beautiful breakfast. The restaurant was booked out when we stayed which wasn’t great because there was nowhere else to eat in the town. Free and easy parking! "
"Lovely stay. Owner (?) was very nice and gave us a small tour around the property, including free fig tasting. Lovely quiet location out of town with free and easy parking. Beautiful breakfast. "
