"I visited Freiburg to explore the Altstadt (Old Town). This hotel’s location was exceptional. It was right next door to the main train station where I arrived on a train from Stuttgart via Karlsruhe. It was great to take a cool shower and relax in the air-conditioned hotel room after I arrived. I spent that evening and the next morning exploring the beautiful Altstadt that was a block away from the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning had everything I needed. The dining room was very clean and comfortable."

"A pleasant enough stay. We weren’t there long and it was clean and seemed to have all we needed but was a bit soulless. The air con was ‘sustainable’ and as it was very hot struggled. Room and bathroom were good size but it just didn’t have any character"

"Good location, close to public transportation and food. Well maintained property. The staff at reception were polite but not friendly. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were not refilled before we arrived. Parking is not included and can be a bit pricey over a few days. The car park is not convenient to drive in and out of often. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and a comfortable stay."

"Our stay was excellent! The room was exactly as described and perfect for our needs! There was an elevator and air conditioning - needed for a US person traveling in summer. The staff was very helpful and was able to communicate in English, if needed. We decided to add on breakfast later and it was quite delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!"
