"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. ..."

Digital check in failure.
"The code to enter the building did not work. Another guest was already there stuck outdoors. Luckily he spoke German and had a local phone. It took us 49 minutes to get help and get in."
