"If I could give it 0 stars I would, always been decent stay if you do everything online. WHOEVER RENTS AFTER JAN 2026 KNOW THE MANAGEMENT LADY IS EXTREMELY ENTITLED/RACIST/UNPROFFESIONAL. The one time I go in person to rent a room(business/travel purpose) lady has a HYSTERICAL DELUSION MELTDOWN when I inform here to get a room which she DENIED DUE TO “HIGHER UPS TOLD ME NOT TO RENT TO ANYONE WITHIN 50 MILES”. The lady then proceeded to verbally disrespect then close herself in the office without identifying herself and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. HAVE ALL THE VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS. NEVER GIVING BUSINESS AGAIN AMD ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS TO BOYCOTT."
"I am writing to formally report a serious issue during my recent stay at the Best Western in Greenville, NC.
On the morning of checkout, my partner and I discovered BED BUGS crawling on us in the bed, creating an immediate health and safety concern. We reported this to the front desk and had to request a room change ourselves, as no apology or proactive resolution was offered.
Due to the risk of bringing bed bugs into our vehicle or home, we needed extra time to thoroughly inspect our belongings. Despite explaining this, staff repeatedly rushed us out. Around 11:40 AM, a housekeeping employee was rude, dismissive, and threatened additional charges. Shortly after, a front desk employee, Melissa, accused us of smoking without basis and demanded we leave immediately in an unprofessional manner.
Most staff showed no urgency or empathy, and some appeared to take the situation lightly. Only Helda, the housekeeping manager, was understanding.
This stay was not usable due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions. I am requesting a full refund due to bed bug exposure, unprofessional staff behavior, and failure to resolve the issue appropriately.
I expect a prompt resolution."
"This hotel was perfect for this sole business traveler. Immaculate, spacious room and excellent common areas, including the heated indoor pool. The area around the hotel is easy to move around and includes anything one could need for shopping or dining. Staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10, will stay again and recommend. "
