"The room should be cleaner. Not many towels and body wash products for one person provided even though they knew there were two people staying. The room was like a motel 6. Absolutely nothing fancy and overpriced. Staff was okay. We got a friendly girl on checking in but kind of a not so friendly girl on checkout. Parking was fine and free but there were people parking in the handicapped parking places and they did not have handicap plates on their cars. Did not use hot tub or pool. Other guests were noisy and rude way past midnight. Walls are paper thin so we could hear lots of noise."

"It deserves 0 stars! Don’t go there!! The room was outdated and old. The TV was fuzzy and small. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked or closed. There were rips in the curtains and shower curtains. The air condition shut itself off every 20 minutes and there was no way to fix it even after the electrician/handyman on site took a look at it. The smoke detector was removed and when we requested it to be fixed, they put in one that would chirp every minute. We had to remove it and brought back to the front desk after all. There was no extra pillows when we requested. There was no hair dryer. No microwave in the room. We had no way to adjust the temperature of the mini fridge and it was not cold at all. The ice vending is locked from 9pm to 9am and there was no way to get ice during that time. The lady at the front desk was so mean. After so many things went wrong, I wanted to switch room so I stood in line to wait for my turn at the front desk. The lady was helping a couple of people and she asked them if they would like a room on the first floor, second floor or third floor. Those people said it didn’t matter and they chose second floor. My son has disability so I asked for a 1st/ground floor room when it was my turn. The lady at the front desk told me all the room were sold out and she couldn’t move me anywhere. It was such a lie especially right after I heard her offering rooms at different levels to the people in front of me. I was so upset! Most horrible experience ever!!!"

"You're only paying for the location. Dont expect anything else. I would not stay there again unless I had too. I would bring my own cups because their cups are super cheap. If something hot is in it, the cup will dissolve and you will have that in your hot drink. Access to the beach from the "short cut" is definitely a liability because its a steep dirt path and you can easily slip and fall. Forget about maintenance, the place is not considered presentable. It feels, smells and looks like a motel or an inn. The "continental breakfast" is bare minimum. You just pay for the location. They also charge a 15 dollar "amenity fee" (more like lack of amenity fee)after you pay almost 500 per night. Staff is cool they already know what it is. They're not trying to do anything extra."

"Room was spacious, clean, well appointed with a high ceiling. This is an older property in good condition. Some outside noise from other guests briefly in the evening, but not too bad. Check in was easy and clerk was helpful. This is a golf resort and service in the restaurant was slow. Seemed like a good value stay."
