"What I expected from the ratings, only place left in town for that weekend. It was clean and safe just didn’t have that warm and welcoming feeling."

"I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer me a refund or nothing to go find another place."
