Stayed here for 2 weeks, cant find anything better. Restaurants on walking distance and a metro station next door. Rooms are clean and next door neighbor sounds are non existing. Just keep in mind they close down mustang alley for the school busses, so dont be there when school ends.

Love the large, spacious rooms. The staff was nice and helpful. Have stayed here a couple of times and will return. Centrally located. Affordable, comfortable bed and great kitchen amenities in the room e.g. large fridge and microwave. Breakfast quality could be better (salty bacon, powdery eggs and greasy sausage), but what do you want for free? Getting out the parking garage with the QR code was a challenge a couple of times. Regardless, this hotel is my first choice for DC area travel.

The property is about a year old, and so is the surrounding area, so it's very clean. The staff does a good job of keeping it that way, and the facilities, especially the laundry, were very convenient because it allowed us to pack light for the week-long trip

Rooms are good size but bathroom felt congested. Ac sound is pretty bad and the hotel staff already knew this but set only one pair of ear plugs in the room for a family. Breakfast was awesome. Parking is bad and far. Mini kitchen is helpful.

As a family of 6, we love Home2 Suites! We stay with them almost everywhere we go. This location was just as nice as all the rest. Breakfast is great. The rooms are always clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They were never annoyed at my kids asking them to refill the hot water for their afternoon hot chocolate. Just a note, the entire block is under construction, so the nearest Metro stop is currently a 15 minute walk one-way.
