"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Absolute delight to stay in this beautiful cottage nested in a peaceful valley so relaxing and tranquil. Karen welcomed us with fresh scones featuring some yummy clotted cream and jam :) Property had everything we needed and more it was very equipped, Karen was an absolute pleasure to speak to she helped us with everything we needed and even gave us a late check out due to no one being booked for the day of our departure which was a huge bonus! :) The bedroom bed was a delight to sleep I had the...

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

"Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. "

"A perfect rural location, close to the beaches and Falmouth.
Ideal for Children and Grandparents.
The hot tub was secluded and ideal for star gazing.
We will be back.

"Beautifully situated next to the beach in Falmouth, although it is a shame that a large building obscures much of the sea view. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming.
The luxury suite with sundeck room was very nice and comfortable with a good shower, great bed and shower. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly.
We were dismayed to discover that the spa was not included and a further fee was required for access (the room was £320 for one night) we didn’t want to pay this so went to the heath club pool instead, which was awful. “Family swim” for list of the afternoon meant shrieking kids and splashing. The pool area was rather poorly maintained, with a missing ice bucket etc.
The breakfast selection was varied, but the eggs Benedict was rather sad, with a cold muffin and a tiny smear of hollandaise.
All in all, it’s good, but could be so much better and very expensive for what it is."
"Everywhere was clean and the seating area in the garden was delightful with comfortable chairs & parasols over the tables. Staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good as were the evening meals. Plenty of car parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay ."
"What an excellent stay! So much so that we extended by 2 nights and thankfully they were available each night! We booked the Bosuns apartment for a family of 4 and it had everything we needed. Rooms were lovely and my neices really loved their stay. Plenty of space, well maintained and excellent kitchen facilities within our apartment. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived but 1 message to the team and on a Sunday within an hour we had a fan delivered. There's a communal kitchen for thise staying in rooms and also a washing machine in there we can all use. We sat in the communal kitchen a couple of times and met another lovely guest. Great little social space! There was a lady from housekeeping coming around for thoae that were in rooms or checking out and she was extremely helpful on dealing with a personal situation we shared.
Locations is excellent too.... 5 - 10mins walk from the town, and 15 mins walk to the beach. 100% would stay again. Thank you to the owner and all staff who dealt with us. We will definitely be back!"
"Lovely stay at the Lerryn, the room was spacious and comfortable. The house itself is lovely and the breakfast on both mornings were delicious. The hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to a cafe right on the beach. We had a great stay here"
"The only fault is the price of the rooms are expensive a deluxe room over looking flat utility area rooms and a car park was very disappointing. The bathroom is dated and small. The room was a good size however. I think youre paying for the sea view location from the front of the hotel."
"Location was great! Coastal walk on your doorstep & easy walk into Falmouth town. Pool was great 😊
Rooms are dated but clean & comfortable. Meals & staff were very attentive! Prices reasonable.
Would stay again!"
