"Some wear and tear making it look a little dirty, but generally clean enough. TV had a Chromecast that you couldn't connect to and staff said they don't have Chromecasts/smart TVs (even though it was definitely a Chromecast) so ended up being stuck with very basic cable. Otherwise it was an okay place to stay to be close to the airport and Congress Centre. Breakfast and the dining room were nice."

"The room is nice, clean, and cozy. They let me check in early, which I needed desperately after taking a very long flight. which was life-saving. The staff is very helpful Whenever I will be in toronto will definitely pass by this Hotel."

"The room was great and the staff wonderful. The restaurant food was very good and has soft lighting and not very loud music, all perfect for the weary traveller. The only glitch was that there was no coffee machine in the room and when housekeeping brought one, it didn’t work. Please bring back regular drip coffee machines not the Keurig ones! They make terrible coffee and so much garbage waste with the pods. I’ve stayed here before and may well come back on my travels between western Canada and other destinations. "

"There is no restaurant to buy food. Only a small vending kiosk. There are many nearby hotels, so if you are looking for better amenities, please consider another option. "

"I have a good time there. You can order from the bar restaurant up until 00:00 am. The hotel sent me instructions on where to find the bus shuttle from the airport, which were really useful. Thank you for that!"
