"This is facility is wonderful, historical and strategically located. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Pool is clean but thรฉ water is a bit cold for children. Finally I would recommend them to add a memory foam layer on the hard mattresses as the sleep quality was not optimum"

"Location is perfect, staff are very nice and professional, the pool could be a bit better maintained, the breakfast variety was good enough, the room was advertised to have a bathtub but it didn't, however we didn't find this as a major issue. Overall a great place and worth the money spent"

"Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."
