"The staff were incredible. They are available to help with anything. The service throughout was top notch. The gym is brand new and high quality for a city gym, with all the equipment needed. Only slight downside was breakfast, it was pretty average, but it doesn’t take away from anything these. 5* throughout. "

"Room was spotlessly clean with fridge , tea & coffee making facilities , safe and a very trendy bathroom ! Hotel in a quiet area with lovely clothes shoos and cafes approx 5 minutes walk to the Bologna Metro ( Blue line ) .and only 3 stops from Termini , the Central station and from there , can go anywhere ! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again"

"Staff was great however rooms were out dated, dingy, dirty, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Moldy bathroom, dust bunnies under the beds. Drain was clogged water didn't drain in the bathtub or sink. My kids wanted to leave right away. Not worth $350 per night more like one star hotel!"

"The hotel was very nice. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The heated towel rack was a plus. The rooftop terrace included a bar and restaurant with beautiful flowers and a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was also on the rooftop. The staff quickly cleaned the tables, allowing for turnover. The hot food could be improved. When leaving the hotel you must leave your room key but we understand why they do this. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The location had multiple restaurants near by."
