"Accommodation was brilliant for the cost. However the TV wasn't working, and despite assurances of being moved to another room the following day, we never were. Bathroom was well equipped, however on the morning we departed, the shower wasnt running any warm water. There was no one at reception for us to advise of this issue at check out. Over all, lovely place, welcoming staff... a couple of wee niggles, things that can happen anywhere... definitely so.ewhere id be willing to book again."

"Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new modern shower unit, our bathroom sink kept blocking but they did come out to help but was still slow to empty. Food was good we ate on both nights of our stay, the spa front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good plenty of choice."

"Was not particularly impressed. The bathroom was quite possibly the best room. Saw one member of staff the entire time and only saw him once at check-in. The bar was closed for some reason. The radiator in my room was so filthy it had a tail of unbroken dust flapping about at the bottom of the radiator. Somebody had left the key to what I can only assume is a storeroom in the door from around 12pm and was still there when I checked out the next day"
