The bedrooms are amazing and very comfortable with all the high end appliances . The beds were very large and the bedding again top of the range. The breakfast was served to us and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend
Outstanding quality as soon as we arrived. The staff throughout our stay were welcoming and helpful, they really made the place feel special.
Everything was exemplary in the room, especially the bed linen and toiletries. We can’t wait to stay again.
Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed, very comfortable. All Staff were extremely professional but also friendly and made the whole experience amazing. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again
Lovely hotel with old world style charm. Comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff, vast wine selection and delicious (but a little pricey) food. Excellent stay and would high recommend
Fantastic hotel with a unique style and exceptional attention to customer service plus a wonderful welcoming glass of wine . The Spa was equally welcoming and well equipped for luxurious relaxation ! Already booked our return visit !
We had a lovely stay to celebrate a birthday. Access to the superb, fully equipped spa are included and the optional treatments are fantastic with high quality products used throughout. Our room was spacious, clean and traditional with handy, modern touches. Breakfast includes quality local produce and is delicious. Every member of staff we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating, we felt very at home. There are lots of convenient shops and restaurants around the village, though the hotel caters for everything. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
The room was beautiful, the most comfy bed and bedding ! Nice amenities, dressing gown, towels etc, down side Expensive mini bar, no heat other than the air con unit, single glazed (due to age of building) very noisy early morning, no vent in the bathroom so everything soaking after shower !
A Perfect Stay!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Quob Park Old House Hotel & Spa and we can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to ensure all of ours and our furry companion’s needs were met(bowls and dog bed/blanket) providing excellent service throughout our stay.
We stayed in the Hampshire suite which was clean, and spacious, the king size bed was most comfortable and we especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries and hot drink facilities provided.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! We both throughly enjoyed our cooked breakfast.
Overall, our stay at Quob Park Old House Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience in a lovely area.
2 night stay over Easter weekend in Presidential Suite. Room £200pn but reduced from £400pn?? Not sure anyone would pay that? Some nice touches and very nice room, includes spa access. Not much atmosphere in evening as seem to overprice themselves for evening meals. Wine prices are very high, ultimately given the prominence of wine and vineyard.. a complimentary bottle in the room would have been nice… rather than a half bottle priced at £46. Spa was amazing. Paid for treatments and have to say Malin was outstanding. Spa front of house was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast disappointing. Hard poached eggs and shouldn’t need to ask for salt? Good choice of pubs/restaurants within walking distance as on site restaurant didn’t do enough to attract custom
My partner and I stayed at the Quob Park The Old House Hotel and Spa for one night in November 2024. We actually got engaged at the vineyard estate. It was magical. The staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating. We had wine tasting which was stunning. We want to mention Megan who was so helpful and kind. She helped my partner to set up this as a surprise for me, Including decorating the room, as well as a balloon and two bunches of roses.
We had dinner at the estate to celebrate our engagement which they offered a complimentary lift from the hotel and back which is only a short distance. Whilst here for dinner the owner offered us a bottle of 2003 desert wine to congratulate us. This was so personal and kind which we were very grateful.
We also booked a massage for both of us for the following day which was very relaxing. The spa itself is amazing. So much for you to do, jacuzzi, massage chairs, water bed, plunge pool which was lovely and not very busy. We had access to this on both days included in the price.
We will definitely be returning to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you so much for making our day and evening so special.
Beautiful hotel, customer service needs some work.
Although the accommodation and spa were excellent, however on arrival, the hotel's service was disgraceful. During the check-in process, the individual who greeted us made a number of sarcastic and snide remarks. This was a new destination for us and instead of feeling welcomed, it appeared as if we had been an inconvenience.
Due to the experience, I felt hesitant about visiting the Spa, as the concierge is supposed to be the most hospitable person setting the bar for the hotel's reputation. Fortunately, this concern was soon dispelled as the staff at the spa were wonderful and friendly and the facilities were exceptional for a hidden surprise getaway in Hampshire.
Because we receiving such great hospitality from the spa staff and the hotels night staff, I assumed the concierge from the day before was just having a bad day. However in the morning we received the same level of service at breakfast, with a side of sarcasm and blunt comments before checkout.
Just to summarise fantastic hotel and spa, however feel very let down on customer service in the hotel.
