Bedding was stained, felt like there was sand in one bed, the walls were terribly dirty, the floors were sticky and not swept, the smell was terrible.

Super friendly staff, clean and quiet room, and good amenities for the price. I stayed there a couple years ago, and they've improved significantly since then 😎. I'll be staying there for my Fargo trips from now on👍

Fantastic price and the property was NOT run down. Quick and friendly check in. Some of the linens and towels were stained and some big alarm went off twice...not sure why. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I slept great! You get more than what you pay for. I'd stay again.

We got checked in and when we went to the room, someone else was already in it. The heater was extremely awkward to adjust. There was no chair but there was a kind of desk. My girlfriend found the bed extremely uncomfortable.

I didn't like anything about this place . The hotel was dirty they have roaches and trash all over .they how q low amount of towels and when we asked for clean oncs they gave us one set for a family of 4 and it's unsafe there is people there doing drugs and being loud and knocking on your window at night . The outside doors that are supposed to be locked and can only be opened with your room key was unlocked the whole time so just anyone can walk in at all hours. Then the room is missing things like pillows shower curtain the fridge and microwave. When asked about getting the pillows and shower curtain the staff made is feel like they were implying that we took them because thwy asked how many there was in the room then wanted to check the room for them . And when asked about the fridge and microwave the staff wanted me to move a big dirty microwave from the lobby to my room they said if I extended my stay that he would get the microwave and fridge on Sunday witch was my check out day .

This place has photos that are way different from actual rooms.. furniture outdated, holes in walls, smells, ice maker leaking onto the floor.

Run down, filthy, in total disrepair. This is the grossest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. On top of dirty bedding, walls, floors and toilets, all rooms have doors that slam loudly, waking us up over and over, and no soundproofing meant we had to hear the people one room over have a loud, emotional hour-long break-up at 2:30 AM. Appalled that anyone has to stay in such terrible conditions.

The staff was friendly and the location was OK. But the room was dirty, from the sheets to the bathroom. When my Lyft driver dropped me off there, she asked, "You know you're staying at one of the worst hotels in town, right?" She knew the address from when she was a 911 dispatcher. If you need to pinch pennies and don't mind the grime, stains, and stares from other tenants, the place will do its job.

The property is not as advertised. It’s very dirty. I didn’t use the towels because there were stains on them as well as someone else’s hair. The halls were dirty and full of random people moving around at all hours of the night. The property is sketchy.

It was very convenient for my stay. BUT it is not very clean, the furniture is dirty, like mattresses and carpets. There is a small unpleasant smell in the rooms. I will say the staff was very nice.

The property was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in they gave me a disgusting room and then when I asked for another one they gave me a different room and the new room had two beds one bed was sunken in all the way to the floor there was stains all over the sink no smoke detector dirt and crumbs in the drawers and then I continue to ask for a new room and they would not give me one they insisted on saying next time I'll give you a better room and the manager even came to the room and saw the bed sunk it in and said I don't know what happened here but I'll give you a better one next time there won't be a next time I want my money back for the two days that I paid

The room I stayed in was the dirtiest room I'd ever seen even after they switched me once and then they declined to switch me another time after I had already paid the bed was sunken in almost to the floor the bathroom sink was full of gunk. There was no fire alarm. And the walls were dirty. No plate in the microwave and when I went to tell the front desk they came down there with me and said they apologize I'll have a better room next time and I was forced to stay in the room.

The sheets were absolutely gross and dirty. Asked the front desk to change them. Theybsaid ok. We came back an hour or 2 later and they hadn't been changed. So i asked again and they said they would get us sheets to changed them. I told them they can. Door lock was also broke. Room was filthy
