"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"I just wanted to let you know that I mislaid my hearing aids at the hotel recently, I reported this but sadly they could not be found, therefore I was so pleased and surprised when a week later Stephanie (Housekeeping Supervisor) rang me to not only let me know they had been found and handed in but also helped me arrange their safe return via Royal Mail, outstanding customer service above and beyond the call of duty!!
