"Where do I begin? When I arrived I noticed the TV in my room did not work, when I asked the front desk I was informed that a lot of the TVs in the hotel do not work. I then had come back to my room later that night only to find my bathroom flooded. I request a new room only to be given a smoking room even though I booked for non smoking due to having children. Get to my new room—the room reeks of smoke and the air is not working properly it won’t go under 73 degrees. Oh and you guessed it TV does not work. Talk about hot and bothered. Last but not least my child finds an empty pill capsule on the floor. With an unknown brown substance in it. I would not be staying here if I wasn’t so far from home and if there were any other availabilities in the area. 0/10 would not recommend. I will say the worker who assisted me was nice, other than that this place is terrible. "

"My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. The breakfast was good and the "kickback" in the evening was nice as well. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again. "
