Jay checked us in quickly, a few minutes before the check-in time of 3:00 EST on April 25th. He was very nice and shared some suggestions for food in the area. This property is right off the interstate and is close to many places to eat and shop. We were on the 3rd floor, room 309. The king bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed for one night. We had traveled to Knoxville to attend a concert downtown, which was approximately 13 miles away. Thankfully, I had been to Knoxville within the last two years and knew that traffic was a nightmare going into downtown. We left our room at 5:15 and arrived at the parking garage in 45 minutes, just in case some might need a point of reference.  The next morning, after sleeping very comfortably, we went downstairs and had coffee, juice, hot waffles, and sausage. There were also yogurt, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Kathryn kept the area spotless and replenished it often. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Knoxville area. Downtown, a room goes for $200 a night, and I doubt it would have provided better amenities or a great night's sleep.

First time at a Sleep Inn so we thought we’d give it a try. The room had limited towels and no Kleenex tissues. Upon entering the room it smelled of dirty dogs. We sprayed air freshener and tried wiping down everything we could with cleaning wipes to try and knock down the strong smell. There was mold on the tub. The property appeared old and run down with chipped paint everywhere. Well below the value of other comparable hotels in the area.

Nasty stains on walls. Piss on bathroom walls abd aroubd goilet. Shower curtain moldy. Stains on ceiling. Patched drywall unpainted in multiple spots. Pics are definitely deceiving. No designsted puppy potty area. Beds are hard sbd springs poke you. Pullows are tiby and flat.

Everything about this place was great! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The free breakfast was more than satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. It is very close to Turkey Creek and I-40/I-75 but quiet. Great stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location, check in and check out was smooth and easy. The hotel did have a weird smell and the bathroom ceiling had brown spots, besides that it was fine for a one night stay.

You are better off paying a little more for one of the more updated hotels right next door. The room was unacceptably dirty. There were dead roaches in the bathroom, dog hair on everything, and old moldy fries in the sleeper couch. They used a lot of paint to try and mask previous singe and damage but it just made it more obvious. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the room. When we called the front desk, they told us it was housekeeping’s day off and they did not know where to locate extra bedding. I find it hard to believe they don’t have access to where clean linens are stored as asking for extra towels and/or blankets is a very common request. It took over an hour for them to literally strip the bedding from another room so that we could make the sleeper sofa so our child could sleep on it. Overall very disappointed.

The location worked well for us. It's close to shopping and restaurants. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot breakfasts were acceptable. We were a little confused about their housekeeping schedules though. LOL Overall, it was a good experience. We would stay there again.

Woman at the front desk said there was no pet weight limit on the phone. I drove from central PA to Knoxville TN in a day before the young man at the front desk told me there was a 25 lb weight limit. He was very kind and helped me find another hotel. Of course, he was just doing his job, so I don’t blame him, but I wish I had known that before driving.

Staff was extreme pleasant was concerned from some of the reviews but found the room clean I am a retired flight attendant and have stayed in some of the finest hotels and have to say it was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in which was a god send after an 11 hr drive in rain would definately stay again

Very helpful attendant at registration counter!
I could not respond to most of the questions because in the end, we did not stay at Sleep Inn & Suites, Knoxville. It turns out that our dog was slightly larger/heavier than the required 25 pounds. That was my fault... I'd overlooked the weight requirement. In any case, the young man behind the registration counter helped us make a reservation at a near-by motel at an equally economical price; he was most helpful.

My new happy place
This place was hands down one of the best spots with a reasonable rate in Knoxville! The staff from the checkin to check out and every step in-between were absolutely amazing! The manager checking me in when above and beyond when I really needed his kindness. I spoke to the front desk almost every day while I was there and a lot of times I got a different person but each one of them were amazing. If kind people are your kind of people please stay here. He will not be disappointed. You will also not be disappointed by the appearance, comfort , or the cleanliness. The room will give you plenty of space to move around in, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, and you've got your choice of a nice soaking tub due to the width and length of it or a shower that can't be beat. The housekeeping staff will respect your space if you just leave your little hanger on the door. But if you forget to, that's cool. They'll just knock and make sure you're okay and don't need anything with a pleasant smile. If you're lucky you'll get an extra little treat of trying to watch the Canadian geese cross the road for 8 hours but never make it! Thank you. Sleep Inn for taking care of me and my service dog for our stay. We've really appreciate you and we can't wait to stay again!

Everyone from the person at the desk to the house keeper and breakfast lady were as nice as you could ask for! The motel was very very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good also. I plan to return to this mote.
