"I really enjoyed my stay. It was an easy walk to the train station, shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious and the staff very friendly. This was my second visit and I will definitely stay again. "
"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
"Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream
Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away.
Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it
Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy "
"Property was just as expected, owners really helpful, especially with parking, will definately be returning.Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, along with Blenheim Palace. Perfect Location and property"
"Lovely hut, with a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
We stayed here for a couple of nights for the end part of our road trip, whilst visiting around cities and towns, it was great, it was nice and secluded too. "
"Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "
"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...
"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "Two night stay for my partner and I as we were attending a couple of events at The Roadmender. Only a 5 mins walk straight down the road to the venue!
Hotel on the outskirts of the town centre, shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways- spoilt for choice all within a few minutes walk.
Nice clean room, comfy bed, hot powerful shower, food and drinks available 24/7 and friendly, helpful staff- always ready to greet you with a smile. What more could you want! We would definitely stay again."
"Excellent stay! We stayed here for a race weekend where my team was competing. I booked here because of the ease of being on site but also as a place where my other half could be comfortable in whilst I was working. The rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds and a great layout, a nice place to be. The restaurant is great, food very nice and a good view of the track and pit lane to watch from. The only downside being slow service of food and orders being forgotten. A no brainer if you’re staying at Silverstone for either business or leisure! "
"I loved the set up of the rooms. In a great location, amazing price and right next to loads of shops so really handy. A few things that I would say needs to be looked at is the water pressure in the shower , it was really low. There was mould above the shower which just needed simply wiping down. Room was lovely and would 100% book and come back again!"
