"The inn is one of many in the countryside of southern Tuscany. It was a beautiful property and beautiful room. The service however was quite poor. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea. It became uncomfortable to interact with the staff."

A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. "A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly. We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people. Can’t recommend more highly ❤️"
