"Overall the stay wasn’t bad for the price. The main area inside was clean. The area walking I to the hotel had some trash on the ground. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, then after waiting about 5 minutes the lady came to the front. We were told we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, it was about 240p. After few minutes, she found an available room and was able to check us in. And she was extra helpful and getting me signed up with the rewards program.
They have replaced the carpet in the hallway, but the carpet in the stairways are dirty beyond cleaning. The laundry area in the 2nd floor was clean, but someone made a huge mess in there and should be held accountable for that. It made the area look dirty.
3 of the 4 towels had hair coiled onto it. Front desk personnel were willing to provide new ones when asked. The bed was not comfortable at all. The sheets were soft though.
The continental breakfast is just that. There are no hot items such as eggs, waffles, or any meat. And everything is open in the casing. I respectfully declined any of that."
