"Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo hotel e purtroppo ogni anno riducono sempre di più i servizi mentre il prezzo aumenta ... camere pulite e ben rifatte impeccabili .... la nota dolente viene dalla cucina , unico antipasto senza scelta , buffet di verdure che se finivano non venivano rimpiazzate il dessert a fine cena ormai è diventato un optional e "cameriere " che mentre serve mastica la gomma proprio non ci siamo ! Se cercate una struttura che unisca una posizione invidiabile, pulizia impeccabile e un'ospitalità di prim'ordine, questo è il posto che fa per voi. La posizione è il vero punto di forza: l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Marina di Campo, permettendo di godere del mare senza l'uso dell'auto. È una comodità impagabile...

"La struttura, seppur un po’ datata, è curata con grande attenzione e risulta accogliente e ben tenuta. Le stanze e gli ambienti comuni sono sempre pulitissimi, la cucina è davvero ottima e lo staff straordinario: disponibile, sorridente ed estremamente efficiente. Abbiamo avuto la piacevole sensazione di trascorrere una vacanza in famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere."

In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata "

"Pros: Great beach; restaurant in the hotel; near the beach; great ocean view; free parking; free towels for guests to use at the beach (ask at the reception). Cons: Lots of stairs to get e to the beach; and only one restaurant option to dine in (the hotel one). But you can drive only 5 minutes to get to another town with lots of good restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again here as the beach felt more private and less touristic than in other towns of the island. The...
