"We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. "I chose this location because I had a tour departing from the port at 930A and my bus was arriving from Palermo at 845A. It was a quick 7 minute walk from the bus stop and I was able to drop my bags off and they handed me the keys. Once I came back, I was able to access my room. I was on the top floor and it was a clean room with a clean bathroom. I was able to use the washing machine as well. Doors were tricky to lock but they show you. "It's located in high rise type neighbourhood ,found it easily on the GPS ,not a great area,but a good apartment, shower was very small in our room, the rest of the apartment was good,baby sized TV, had trouble locating the manager , nothing much in English , not able to work out which apartment was the manager,, I told them of this problem,when I checked in, was basically told I had not paid enough, with hotel.com reservation,the wifi was not good in our room, we had to sit in the dark stairwell...

"Great central location. Fantastic air con. They were the 2 good things. Our room had zero privacy. Shower flooded bathroom, they fixed it quickly but then didn’t replace the towels we’d used to mop up. All the hotels we’ve stayed in Sicily we’ve adored, this one was a bit disappointing. Pool is much smaller than in photos and no Sun loungers or anything like that to relax, just tables and chairs by pool"

"This hotel is close enough to be able to walk through the old town but far enough out that you don’t have the headache of driving through the old town. It was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the breakfast had a bit of everything and baristas to make your morning cappuccino. Next door is a street for free parking which is a bit difficult to get around noon but easier later in the day. It’s a quick drive to the salt flats and Erici. There is an elevator if needed. I would definitely stay here again! "
