"A spacious property would like to return again with extended family group. Great facilities, kitchen was well equipped could easily cater for group. Good communication from owners always helpful. Not in the main historical district but had plenty of places to buy food or eat also easy and cheap to get transport. View of football stadium."

"Very clean and newly renovated apartment! A very comfortable bed so you will rest from all the walk there! The only less good side is that the isolation in the windows is not the best so you can hear the traffic outside so because of that it’s good that it’s a less busy area and totally worthy to walk a little longer to the center!! "

"Amazing hotel with stunning view! We arrived a bit late due to flight delay and the staff was helpful with our late check-in. The room is very spacious with a beautiful valley view. Breakfast served in a pinic basket to the room everyday is definitely a highlight, all the food is very fresh and amount is generous. Will definitely recommend."

"Nice, modern accommodation in a good location - but communication could be improved.
The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works.
However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important,...

"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately.

"The property itself was beautiful, isolated from the hustling vessel of Porto, and very inviting. They provided four water taxis per day, which was convenient. They were one way into the city.
The room was beautiful, but there was no storage in the bathroom, so you had to put your things away each day or look at them, which looks cluttered.
We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the area is beautiful, many lounges to lie in the sun
The breakfast was amazing each morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent "

"We had a very quiet room. Air conditioning did work. Lots of fur highlights and large windows finishing of the units were really good. Front end staff were great. And very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anybody visiting this country."
