"Only staff encountered was the housekeeping the next morning & they were very courteous! First time staying at a hotel w/o a front desk and all went smooth. Very nostalagic and different experience. Loved the design & artwork throughout the hotel and in my Houdini room. Only concern is there are no windows and no sprinkler system in the room. God forbid anything horrible were to happen, I'd feel safer with at least a fire extinguisher in the room to give me a fighting chance!"
