Easy to find, the Woman at the Front desk was amazing. The Hotel had the NAACP, Fashion Show & Wedding. She made sure she gave each person World Class Service. I would hire her to run my business in a heartbeat. I didn't get her name. I was in the lobby and watch her handle each ESL Hats off to YOU Outstanding Job

Needs a paint job and cleaning in the bathroom. Mold in top seems and paint rusted and peeling from ceiling tiles. Definitely won’t stay there again.
Bed seems ok but bare minimum.

Once I walked into the lobby the hotel had a bad odor. Front desk staff was very polite. Get to my room and it was ok. I didnt notice until later that the curtains wouldn’t close.

Dirty rooms. We moved twice. Water ran. Breakfast was grab and go. The milk was frozen for the cereal. Pool wasn’t open. People were running in the halls all night or talking very loudly.

The ceiling stucco was falling in on the room. The front desk clerk was extremely lazy and not very welcoming. Breakfast was pretty basic. No juice unless you liked grape.

Disappointing

This hotel needs plenty upgrades. The front lobby personnel was very pleasant and professional. Not their fault, the hallways smell awful and so does the rooms. This place could use some remodeling to bring it up to standard. Sinks are too low and no bed comforters. Parking decks and balconies were undesirable. I will never use them again.

This is my first negative experience & review with the Wyndham hotel chain. first, the online room images were falsely advertised and did not reflect the actual hotel room given. Experience at this property and room accomodation fell woefully short of expectation. Room was hastily cleaned, carpet stained and was not adequately prepared for guests. Room was infested with roaches.

Nothing to like, stains on chair, really bad stains. Lamps nasty. Not sure what was holding up bed. Smell triggered asthma attack. Had to leave in the time it took to book somewhere else. I was supposed to get refund haven’t seen it yet.

Would not stay there again. Needs to be cleaned. Drapes were filthy rugs were disgusting. However bathroom was clean.Bed was like sleeping on a brick.maykbe got 10 hours sleep in 4 days. The smell of pot smoking was awful!! If beds drapes and carpet replced it my not a bad place to stay. As far as the pot smoking.ugh! I got a non smoking room and respected that is was, and i smoke! Always went to designated area to smoke (cigarettes).
