The staff have been incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and in all ways accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. Also – we really like the hot breakfast with so many food options.

I love this place the only thing that I completely dislike about this property its the housekeeping ladies they star knocking on the door at 8 am and if they don’t heard a response from the guest they open the door Which i think its very disrespectful since check out time its at 11

This hotel was great! Well kept, modern, clean and the staff was very friendly. This is definitely the best hotel in Fayetteville and i will recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room, and excellent staff. Hot water took awhile to get to 5th floor but rain showerhead was awesome. Delicious breakfast will definitely stay here again

The bed was extremely hard. There is a $20 additional charge for incidentals, what? Asked and was told for using extras in the room. So we didn't make coffee, use the paper or pen, didn't use the lotion or wet wipes left. I mean really very inconsiderate to have to worry about what I might get charged extra for. I already paid for the room. That should include coffee... otherwise pleasant stay. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Upon arrival- attempted to check in online for a mobile room key but it stated I needed to go to the front desk. I tried to check in via the machine in the lobby but could not access my reservation number. I ended up waiting at the desk for about 15-20 mins before the person at the desk was free to assist. She was very friendly and helped us quickly

One very minor issue. The refridgerator in 526 was not working. I didn't bother checking to see if it was plugged in. I had just drove 8 hours and went straight to bed.
