"We had the most wonderful stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel’s breathtaking views over the bah are truly amazing — especially at sunset from the pool area. Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and clean. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the decor to the service, reflects the care and pride the team puts into creating an exceptional experience. A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — always ready with a smile. Big shout out to the breakfast staff as the menu and options were some of the best we have ever had. Casas Brancas is truly a gem in Búzios. "The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the town and 20 minutes to Orla Bardot. Spacious room, great amenities and nice staff. The breakfast is good and the food from the restaurant very good as well. "

"La habitacion estaba limpia, y la gente que atiende en el restaurante es extremadamente genial y cortes pero la gente de recepcion no lo es. Estuvimos sin wifi el primer dia, no pudimos avisarle a nuestras familias que llegamos, pedimos que lo resuelvan y nos mintieron diciendo que el tecnico llegaba el primer dia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos para pedir que por favor resueltan la situacion pero el supervisor fue extremadamente grosero y nos dijo que le estabamos quitando su tiempo. A la tarde ya pedimos de nuevo ayuda y si bien el chico de recepcion nos di otro cuarto( aparentemente solo el nuestro no tenia wifi) cuando pedi compensacion me salieron con que ese cambio de habitacion era suficiente. Por favor que los entrenen porque no saben tratar con respeto a sus huespedes. Ellos arruinan el viaje asi que si te quedas aca, no esperes nada de hospitalidad por parte de ellos."

"El lugar esta muy bien, la vista es hermosa desde el balcon de la habitación y el restaurante durante el desayuno. Las habitaciones son acorde a las fotos y estan limpias. Lo unico malo es que si viajas con maletas o no tienes dificultad para movilizarte es complicado porque son muchas gradas y la persona en la recepcion esta sola y no hay quien te ayude con las maletas. "
